There’s still plenty going on in Sant’Agnello, in addition to bars, restaurants and shops, but while the pace of life is slower, the coastal views are equally dramatic. Villa Totti is situated on the main road in the centre of the village, close to the restaurants and shops. Hop on a bus to Sorrento (2 km), walk to the nearest beach or chill out on a poolside terrace by your own private plunge pool (4 x 3.6 m). When the sun goes down, pop some fresh fish on the barbecue and dine al fresco on the partially shaded patio (70 m²). Spread over three floors (200 m²), the interiors are simple but stylish, with dazzling white walls, tiled floors and a contemporary feel. The ground-floor living room has an L-shaped sofa, fireplace and patio access through French windows. A lift removes the hassle of carrying bags to the upper floors. The kitchen also leads on to the patio and is well-equipped with everything you need, from a 5-ring hob, electric oven and fridge-freezer to dishwasher, washing machine and a dining table for six.
