The Villa is composed of four bedrooms. It is located on the heights of Lorient and offers a superb view of the hills and the ocean, and sunsets. It is ideal for a large family or several couples coming on holiday together.
The Villa in addition to being luxurious and close to everything. Not far from the Villa, there is the beach of Lorient, restaurants and supermarkets at five minutes, the airport at ten minutes and Gustavia at fifteen minutes.
The property is on two floors. On the lower level you will find two bedrooms accessible from the terrace where the large swimming pool is located. In terms of furniture, the master bedroom offers a queen size bed, mosquito nets, desk, safe and a bathroom with double washbasin, shower and toilet. The second bedroom has the same amenities. On the upper level, you will find a third bedroom, the fourth bedroom is in a separate bungalow. Then you have an air-conditioned living...

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
