Enjoy an ideal location in the heart of Sonoma Valley, just minutes from a plethora of wineries as well as shops and dining in downtown Glen Ellen. Scenic hiking trails await at Jack London State Historic Park.
Interior highlights include an open floor plan, a chef’s kitchen, and two living areas. Designer details like white oak flooring, French doors, skylights, cathedral ceilings, and beautiful windows overlooking the grounds add to the wine country ambience. Outside, your resort-style paradise features a private pool and spa, a huge patio with multiple seating areas next to a grand fireplace, plus a bocce ball court. Soaring ceilings and a wall of windows fill the great room with natural light. Kick back on a sofa, armchair, or lounger while watching favorite shows on the TV. A bonus living area is furnished with a sofa and a pair of chairs next to a fireplace. The country kitchen is outfitted with quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, a double oven, and a huge center island that has a gas stovetop, extra sink, and seating for guests. Kitchen extras include an espresso machine, toaster oven, hand mixer, blender, and food processor.
Spend quality time together on the sprawling patio, where an incredible fireplace anchors the outdoor entertaining space. Open a bottle of wine and relax on comfortable lounge furniture while supper sizzles on the gas grill. Gather for alfresco meals at the patio table. Make a splash in your private heated pool! Sunbathe on lounge chairs beneath a poolside pergola, or take a relaxing soak in the spa. Gorgeous vintage oaks and olive trees are sprinkled throughout the property which also offers a place to relax on Adirondack chairs by the creekside. There is even a working 1/2 acre vineyard on the property.
Special note: The Homeowners has an Airstream trailer parked next to the pool that is not for guest use. It will be vacant during your stay as the Homeowner only uses it to stay in when the home is vacant and their are no guest reservations. There is a separate guest house on the property over the garage where the owners or friends stay. This unit may be occupied during your stay. The guest home is located over the garage in the parking area. This garage is not connected to the home. The home, yard, patio and pool area are completely private. You will not be disturbed during your stay.
