INSIDE THE RENTAL
Pull into the parking garage and into your private garage bay (accommodates one large truck/SUV or two compact cars if parked bumper-to-bumper). There’s plenty of storage for your ski and winter gear here. From the garage, access the unit by stairwell or the private elevator. Both the elevator and front door open into the kitchen.
When your guests get hungry, serve up delicious meals and snacks in the gourmet kitchen. It features granite counters, a huge island with 3 bar stools, and full-size appliances, including a French door fridge and double ovens.
Cook on the gas grill on the 1st private patio off the kitchen. There’s a 2-person bistro table for dining al fresco and incredible mountain views. Open to the kitchen and the living room, the dining room offers seating for 6.
Lay your head down in the well-appointed master bedroom, complete with gas fireplace, queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and huge picture windows. The master en suite bath has double vanities and a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads. Enjoy a glass of wine—and the view—on another private patio off the master.
Stay in for the evening with a cozy fire in the living room, or head over to the adjacent media room, where you can gather on the leather couch and watch a movie on the 50” TV.
The 3rd patio, located off the living room, is the perfect spot to unwind for the night thanks to a hot tub and views of Peak 1, Mt. Royal, and Buffalo Mountain.
Down the hallway toward the other bedrooms is a closet with washer and dryer. The shared hall bath has plenty of room for primping with double vanities and a walk-in tiled shower.
Spoil your guests in the 2nd bedroom with a king-size bed, access to the 3rd patio, a walk-in closet, and a 45” wall-mounted TV. The en suite bathroom offers the same high-end finishes as the rest of the house, as well as double vanities and a deep jetted tub plus shower.
Ideal for the kids, the 3rd bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed with another twin trundle bed underneath.There’s a 50” TV, walk-in closet, and access to the shared hallway bath.
LOCATION
When you don’t feel like cooking, Main Street Frisco is ½-block away and teeming with restaurants and bars. Shop til you drop at the Main Street boutiques and Silverthorne Outlets (5 minutes away).
The Frisco Marina is a great place to visit in the warmer months, and it’s less than 10 minutes away by foot. There you can rent canoes, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and fishing gear for a day out on the water.
Jump on the free shuttle and easily reach Breckenridge (19 minutes away), Copper Mountain (12 minutes), or Keystone (30 minutes). Find even more great skiing at the Arapahoe Basin Ski Mountain less than 30 minutes away.
