The Pelton House
Come stay with us at the Pelton House, a terrific five-bedroom, ivy-covered lakefront house with a great private beach overlooking Lake Michigan! This brick home in New Buffalo sleeps 14 comfortably and features all the comforts and amenities of a home. A staircase leads down to a wide beach with small grassy dunes from which to soak in the beauty of the lake. This family-friendly brick house is circa 1938 and has an old-world charm, but it also boasts all the modern amenities including central air conditioning, wireless high-speed internet, satellite television, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and washer and dryer.
A patio with a view of the lake features a barbecue grill, outdoor refrigerator, and two large wrought-iron dining tables–perfect for a family meal as the sun sets and the fireflies dance in the yard. If the children get tired of playing on the beach, they can shoot baskets on the basketball hoop at the side of the house. Those who prefer the shade can relax in the rocking chair and dive into the shelves of vintage books. The Pelton House is the ideal location for a relaxing summer vacation!
