3 BLUE GROUSE This beautiful log home is 2600 sq. ft and has 5 bedrooms, 3 beautifully remodeled baths, and a family room with game table. The living and dining areas feature vaulted wood tongue and groove ceilings. There is a wood-burning stove that adds warmth in the winter, while the central air conditioning will be appreciated on those warm summer days. There is a new LCD TV with cable in the living room as well as Wi-Fi high speed internet access. The dining room table provides seating for 10, and the breakfast bar has additional seating for 3. From the dining area there is direct access to a deck with gas BBQ and hot tub. In addition, there is a large front deck with patio table, chairs and umbrella in season. The kitchen is fully supplied with commonly used cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. Also, for the convenience of packing there is a pack-n-play and a booster seat that attaches to a chair. Access to the private hot tub area is from downstairs, at the rear of the home. The home includes a double garage for parking out of the weather, with additional parking on the large, paved drive. 10 "Unlimited" SHARC Passes are included with the rental of this home. In the garage there are 5 Cruiser Bikes, 2-Child Burley Bike Trailer. Pets not accepted.
