Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- Met uitzondering van het hoogseizoen kunt u in de regel op elke dag van de week aankomen en vertrekken. De check-in tijd is vanaf 16.00 uur en de check-out tijd is voor 09.30 uur in de ochtend. De faciliteiten en uitrusting van de accommodaties zijn voor maximaal het aangegeven aantal personen. Het is niet toegestaan de accommodatie te bewonen met meer dan het aangegeven maximum aantal personen.
- Toelichting voor verplichte en optionele extra's:
- Alle extra's zijn vermeld op het reserveringsformulier.
- Indien van toepassing worden de verwarmings- en airconditioningskosten automatisch berekend en op het reserveringsformulier weergegeven.
- Het meenemen van een huisdier is alleen toegestaan met uitdrukkelijke toestemming van de verhuurder. Per huisdier wordt een toeslag in rekening gebracht.
- De op het reserveringsformulier vermelde totale huurprijs is inclusief:
- De kosten voor schoonmaak, beddengoed en handdoeken tijdens uw verblijf zijn doorgaans inbegrepen in de huurprijs.
- De huurprijs is inclusief de kosten voor gas en elektriciteit, met uitzondering van eventuele optionele verwarmings- en airconditioningskosten.
- Receptie service.
- Andere diensten op aanvraag:
- Telefoon- fax- en e-mailservice.
- Extra bedlinnen en handdoeken wisselen € 15,00 per persoon.
- Extra schoonmaakservice € 15,00 per uur per schoonmaakster.
- Wasserette service (prijs op aanvraag).
- Kook service (op aanvraag), ca. € 35,00 per uur.
- Babysitter (op aanvraag) € 20,00 per uur.
- De standaarduitrusting van elke vakantiewoning bestaat uit:
- Interieur: Volledige inrichting, koelkast, oven of elektrische grill, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, waterkoker, strijkijzer, strijkplank en staafmixer.
- Buiten: Tuinmeubilair en ligstoelen (niet altijd voor appartementen of huizen zonder tuin).
- Voor het huren van een accommodatie is een waarborgsom vereist. Het bedrag is afhankelijk van de gehuurde accommodatie en staat vermeld op het reserveringsformulier. Alle betalingen bij aankomst op het incheckadres kunnen contant of per creditcard worden gedaan, cheques worden niet geaccepteerd.
