You’ll be located one mile from Flat Creek Winery, an award-winning Texas winery that features bistro dining, wine tasting, and beautiful hill country views. There is a public boat ramp four miles down the road, and the nearest grocery store is in Lago Vista, just 11 miles away. This home is on a bird migration path, and you can see various beautiful birds come through. You’re also just a short drive from Austin, the state capital of Texas and the Live Music Capital of the World. You will have many amenities, such as an open-concept living area, a newly renovated (spring 2023) full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining room table with seating for everyone, and plenty of room for the whole group. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
