How about an entire 22-acre, freshwater-spring-fed lake all to yourselves? Yes, this lake is exclusively yours - no one else but your party will be allowed on it or near it while you’re there. There are even two canoes and an assortment of life jackets in the boathouse for your use. And cold-weather guests can ski and hang out while sipping hot cocoa next to the toasty fireplace during the winter months. This is the perfect vacation home for large groups. There’s no need to worry about the neighbors because there are none. You’ll also have plenty of parking for several vehicles. Not only does the lake feature fantastic swimming, canoeing, and fishing, but there’s also a lakeside firepit and a 40-foot deck built over the lake with plenty of tables, chairs, and umbrellas....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
