Located in the quiet urbanization of Las Lomas and just a stone throws from the beautiful white village of Mijas this six bedroom villa is ideal for a quiet family holiday in the sun. Located less than one kilometer to the white village of Mijas Pueblo and less than a 10 minute drive to the beaches of Fuengirola. Within the small village of Mijas Pueblo you will find an array of restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets and of course plenty of activities for you to enjoy. Take a horse carriage ride through the pueblo, or ride on a donkey through the town. You can enjoy art museums, chocolate factories, and even eat tapas whilst taking in the most amazing sea views.
Within a short drive to the villa you also have many tourist activities such as 2 water parks, a zoo, cinemas, shopping malls, amusement park and of course Selwo animal and marina park. You will be spoiled for choice for things to do.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
