A convenient location near Beaver Creek Resort promises easy access to the slopes. Walk to the Bachelor Gulch Express gondola, or to nearby shops and restaurants in Avon. The community shuttle offers a complimentary ride to Vail Mountain.
During warmer months, stroll to Harry A. Nottingham Park to lounge on the beach or rent a kayak. Return to dip in the heated pool or unwind in the three hot tubs. Other on-site perks include tennis courts and a sauna. At home, you’ll appreciate chic alpine accents, an upgraded kitchen, and a private balcony.

Anchored by a wood-burning fireplace with a stone surround, the living area invites you to relax. Kick back on the plush sofas and watch shows on the flat-screen TV. One sofa converts to a full-size sleeper.

The outdoor pool is heated and open year-round. Three hot tubs offer post-adventure relaxation. Other community amenities include tennis courts and a sauna.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Unassigned parking is available for three cars in the open community lot.
This rental is located on the second floor. An elevator is not available. The condo does not have air-conditioning.
Family-friendly items include beach toys, a high chair, Pack n’ Play, stroller, baby bouncer, kids’ water gear (life jackets), tennis racquets, and balls.
Kayaks and paddleboards are available for rent at Nottingham Lake. Outdoor fitness equipment is available at Nottingham Park, located next to the playground.
The community shuttle runs three times per day and services both the Riverfront Gondola at Beaver Creek and Lionshead Village at Vail Mountain.
