Located on the residential end of Broughton Street, guests will enjoy being steps away from all of the attractions this side of town has to offer. Accommodating up to 8 people, Villa on Broughton Main has something to offer for each guest in your party.
Once inside you’ll find large, light-filled windows, reclaimed hardwood floors throughout and adorned with a modern Italian vibe that is relaxing yet refined.
The kitchen offers plenty for families wanting to prepare a large meal, fully equipped with stunning countertops, and new stainless steel appliances. Heading to the back of the home, you will find a private sitting room. Right out back you’ll find the private courtyard, fit with greenery and comfortable furnishings.
Two bedrooms can be found upstairs on the second floor. The primary bedroom is ideal for parents wishing to keep their children close, as one of the sleeper sofas is located in the lofted room above the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has sliding doors to a small balcony overlooking the courtyard, and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom can be found toward the front of the home, which also offers its own ensuite bathroom.
After a day of exploration, come home to relaxing with cocktail in hand in the private courtyard or the rooftop patio. From here you’ll enjoy a panoramic view of the city.
Villa on Broughton Main is located in the highly coveted neighborhood within the historic district just minutes from the bustling end of Broughton Street and Savannah’s remarkable shops, sights and culinary scene. Just a short walk of two streets you’ll find the attractions of City Market, Bay and River Streets.
Whats parking like for this home?
Guests will have access to one small private garage space (small to midsize vehicles only). All other parking can be found on-street, metered, Monday-Saturday 8AM-8PM. We encourage guests to pay close attention to street signs, as they state when the street cleaner comes.
