Built in 1856, this charming cottage is rich in both historical character and modern comforts for up to eight guests. Beautifully renovated, many of the original details have been preserved, including the rustic pine floors and exposed ceiling beams. On the first floor you’ll find a formal dining room with seating for six. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room, and features the original brick fireplace, a custom built island, built in shelving, and stainless steel appliances. You’ll find everything you need to prepare a meal in your home-away-from-home. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
