This beautiful three-story home is just a block from Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest green space! You’ll have everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. With five bedrooms and four full baths, this home can accommodate up to 10 guests, making it perfect for wedding parties and reunions! In Savannah, the ground floor is known as the Garden Level or Garden Apartment, and is perfect for anyone with mobility issues. It has it’s own entrance and a full kitchen with everything you’ll need during your stay. There are two full bathrooms - one with a shower/tub combo and the second with a stand-up shower. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds and plenty of space to unpack, so you can get comfortable during your stay! The Garden Level also has direct access to your private garage. Upstairs, you’ll find a large custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Open to the dining area, there’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a meal together. Three sets of French doors in the living room lead to your private patio. A gas grill, table for eight, and a view of Forsyth Park make this an ideal setting for dining al fresco. On the third floor are three more bedrooms, one with two twin beds, and two with queen beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath with a separate tub and shower, perfect for a relaxing evening. There is a convenient door to let in a lot of natural light and lead to a private balcony, so you can sit back and watch the world go by. You’ll be a block away from Kroger, the only full grocery store in the Historic District, but close enough to all of Savannah’s dining options to never need to cook! Take a stroll to Maté Factor Cafe in the morning and discover organic coffee, maté teas, housemade muffins, danishes and even fruit-stuffed. Why You Will Love This Home: - It’s called Parkside for a reason. A one minute walks places you in Savannah’s largest public green space, perfect for a picnic, a jog, or taking the kids to the best playground in the City..did we mention the Saturday morning Farmers market? - There’s plenty of additional non-metered street parking in the area, perfect for groups with multiple cars. - The connected garden level (first floor) apartment makes Parkside a great choice for those with mobility issues as no stairs are involved.
