Hop on the shuttle (just outside your door) to the ski lifts or explore nearby hiking and biking trails. Main Street is also a quick drive or walk away! Find ample space to relax in the open living area, furnished with a sofa, recliner, and two armchairs. Watch your favorite shows on the 60-inch cable smart TV, or curl up with a book by the gas fireplace. The chef in your group will appreciate the newly appointed kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. The open kitchen and dining space offer a great flow for entertaining. Find seating for six at the dining table, or sip morning coffee at the kitchen island with seating for two. The primary suite features a king bed, a 35-inch TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a TV. A second bathroom has a jetted tub/shower combination. Take in breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountain landscape from the covered deck furnished with four chairs, a bistro table, and a grill. Fish in the Fraser River or explore one of the many trails in the surrounding Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests. Things to Know Although this home is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with the area’s mild summer temperatures. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
