Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: double bed, bedside table/drawers, wardrobe space, and mirror Bedroom 2: two single beds, bedside table, shelving for storage, mirror, desk, chair, and a compact toilet with sink Both bedrooms include additional floor space that can accommodate extra mattresses. Upstairs, near the rooftop terrace, there is also another area with a double bed. However, the property is currently limited to a maximum of 4 guests to maintain a peaceful environment and avoid party-style use. Additional guests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Living room & balcony: The living room includes a sofa and dining table, with large glass windows offering stunning views of the sea and Mount Teide. Guests have access to the balcony to enjoy the breeze, sun, or a glass of wine. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, cookware, and basic condiments such as salt and oil. Large glass windows also provide excellent views of the ocean and Teide. Bathroom: Shared bathroom with toilet and shower. A compact toilet is also available in Bedroom 2. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The host lives about 50 minutes away but is available by phone or message. Check-in is arranged via a neighbor who provides the keys and a brief orientation.
