At IRIS in Kasauli, you begin your day with valley views and a slow morning by the indoor pool, where swims turn into a relaxing dip. Breakfast stretches comfortably into conversations in the lounge, followed by a round of badminton or a playful challenge in the games room. By afternoon, the spa takes over your schedule, encouraging you to unwind completely before retreating to cozy plush bedded bedrooms for a quick nap you did not know you needed. If you feel like stepping out, you can visit Kasauli Brewery, admire Christ Church, or catch the evening hues at Sunset Point before heading back. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There is 1 living room on the ground floor. Include WI-Fi, a balcony and a karaoke setup. There is a separate dining area. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. POOL There is an indoor pool. The pool is 27ft x 17ft with a depth of 4ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Breakfast is complimentary. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - Bonfire is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per kit. - Alfresco dining can be arranged on request. - Spa can be arranged on request. - Games room can be accessed without any charges. - The lounge room access is complimentary. - Badminton court can be accessed without any charges. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - *Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - Property Manager does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property. - In case you would like to host an event at the Property, Property Manager will assist you in obtaining the necessary licenses for hosting the event. - All-male groups are allowed provided a security deposit of Rs. 10000 is paid while booking. - The road leading up to the villa is concrete. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - This is a wheelchair-friendly property. 3 bedrooms are in basement-2 and can be accessed by a wheelchair. - In case of a power outage, an inverter can support all the appliances. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Outside food is not allowed. - Outside vendors are not allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker and host do not stay on the premises of the same property. - Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals or bugs due to the villa location. - This is a standalone property. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in the entire villa. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
