Ensuite Bathroom and Attached Balcony BEDROOM 2 (King-Sized Bed) This bedroom is on the ground floor. Includes an AC and Wi-Fi and a single mattress. Ensuite Bathroom and Attached Balcony BEDROOM 3 (Twin Beds) This bedroom is on the ground floor. Includes AC, Wi-Fi, two queen-size beds. Ensuite Bathroom and Attached Balcony BEDROOM 4 (King-Sized Bed) This bedroom is on the ground floor. Includes an AC, Wi-Fi and a single mattress. Ensuite Bathroom and Attached Balcony BATHROOMS (Private/Shared) There are 4 attached bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA (Ground Floor) There is one spacious living room. Include AC, Wi-Fi, TV and a sound system for entertainment purposes. Comes with a dining area and patio. KITCHEN (Reheating Access) Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. TERRACE There is a spacious terrace with a sitting area. GAMES ROOM (Private) Guests can entertain themselves with air hockey, pool table, chess, carrom and other board games. KIDS PLAY AREA Guests will find swings, slides and more for kids’ entertainment. It is a nice wooden and rope play area. LAWN (Private) There is a 6500 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo. It can seat up to 300 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space, a hammock and loungers. POOL (Private) There is an infinity pool. The pool is 400 sq. ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.  - Barbecue is available at an additional cost - Al Fresco Dining is available at an extra cost of Rs 5000.  - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - Property Manager does not provide or supply any music or audio at the property. - In case you would like to host an event at the property, Property Manager will assist you in obtaining the necessary licenses for hosting the event. - All-male groups are not allowed. - The road leading up to the villa is concrete. - This is a pet-friendly property. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator and an inverter can support all the appliances. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Outside food is not allowed. - Outside vendors are not allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property from 8 AM to 11 PM - This is a standalone property. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
