Two neighbouring bohemian villas connected through a private door in a quiet residential area, with easy access to Canggu, Umalas, and Seminyak. Villa Chempaka and Chempaka Chill together offer six bedrooms, two private pools, and two fully equipped kitchens - plenty of space for a larger group while still feeling like a private retreat. * 6 bedrooms, 6 en-suite bathrooms * Two private swimming pools * Two fully equipped kitchens * Daily housekeeping Villa Chempaka centres around an open tropical living pavilion with high thatch ceilings, where the kitchen, dining area, and living room all flow together and open onto the pool and garden. The four bedrooms are spread across several smaller buildings within the compound, each en-suite with open-air bathrooms featuring rainfall showers and tropical planting. Chempaka Chill sits next door with its own pool, kitchen, and two king bedrooms in separate garden bungalows - one with high timber ceilings and warm wood tones, the other around a four-poster canopy bed. The living pavilion is open-air under alang-alang thatch with a relaxed, earthy feel. The staff will come daily to clean both villas for you. Parking is available for scooters only. Both living pavilions are open-air with ceiling fans - all bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time - bats, lizards, bugs - all completely harmless and part of local everyday life. Neither villa has a generator - occasional power outages from the island’s electricity provider are beyond the host’s control and refunds will not be provided for this reason. FAQs - Q: What time is the Check-in policy? -A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that our staff is available until 6pm, self check in is available after 6pm. - Q: What time is the Check-out policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we’ll be happy to store them. - Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? - A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest’s privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day. Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What’s app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times. - Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the loft? - A: Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate. Our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you. Kindly note that your butler is reachable through What’s app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times. - Q : Can we have extra clean towels? - A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor. - Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? - A : This villa capacity max 12 adults.
