Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the suite, on balconies or patios, or in any common or parking areas. Evidence of smoking will result in recovery fees starting at $500 and may result in immediate termination of the stay. Removing or tampering with smoke detectors will result in a $500 fee. 🕓 CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Unauthorized late check-out is subject to a $75 per hour fee.
