A comfortable, luxurious villa that instantly feels like a home away from home, Shiraz Villa in Lonavala is ideal for groups who are looking to spend time together, play some games and unwind. All the rooms are air-conditioned and have attached bathrooms. An in-house cook could toss up a delicious meal while you relax. You could break a sweat at the fully-equipped gym if you are thus inclined, but it might be a better fit with the vibe here to stroll around in the lawn and watch the fish swimming around in the pond instead. This home accepts credit card payment only. “Cash & Points Payment” or “Points Payment” is not applicable. Space: Let me walk you through the villa: BEDROOMS: - There are 4 bedrooms - 3 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor. - ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms. - Some bedrooms have balconies. - All bedrooms have a double bed. Extra mattresses can be provided on request. BATHROOMS: - There are 4 bathrooms - 3 attached and 1 common. - Geysers, towels, and basic toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms. COMMON AREAS:  - The living room seats up to 10 people.  - It offers TV  - There is a separate common room on the ground floor that has a pool table, board games and a gym.  - There is a lawn with a fish pond. Outdoor seating is available for up to 10 people. - Wi-Fi is accessible only in the living area. KITCHEN:  - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove, and a water purifier.  - Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 12 people.  - Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However, for elaborate meal preparations, an additional charge of Rs.1500 per day will be levied. FOOD: - Guests can choose to order-in or eat out at nearby restaurants. - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.         - Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa. COMMON AMENITIES:  - Power back up, wardrobes - Iron, torch  - Medical kit, mosquito repellent  - Secured parking space for 7 cars HOUSE RULES:  - Loud music is not allowed in the villa post 10 PM.  - This property is not suitable for guests who use wheelchairs.  - Smoking is only allowed outdoors. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests can choose to order-in or eat out at nearby restaurants. - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. STAFF ACCOMMODATION There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:  - There is a friendly dog residing in the premises of the same property.  - There is a natural well in the premises. Guests are advised to be very cautious, especially with children. - Playing sports in the lawn is not allowed.  - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - In case of any delays or other grievances, guests can reach out to guestsupport@Property Manager.com for assistance.
