What sets this home apart is its one of a kind country facade that effortlessly complements its spacious interiors. The exteriors feature a beautifully landscaped lawn adorned with scattered walkways, while its tastefully done bedrooms overlook stunning views of the mountains.
This tranquil home surrounded by lush greenery, water and the hills is straight out of a dream indeed!

The Space:
BEDROOMS
- There are 3 spacious bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor.
- All rooms offer amenities including a heater, Wi-Fi access, TV, cosy seating areas, attached bathrooms and stunning garden/river views.
- Both rooms on the first floor offer an attached balcony overlooking breathtaking views.
BATHROOMS
- There are 3 ensuite bathrooms in the villa.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- A separate dressing area and a bathtub is offered in one of the ensuite bathrooms.
INDOOR AREAS
- There is a roomy living area on the ground floor, offering sofa-style seating for up to 14 people.
- It is equipped with several amenities, including a portable music system, foosball table, heater, TV, Wi-Fi, indoor fireplace and CCTV cameras.
- The dining area is a part of the living room. The circular dining table can seat up to 6 people.
OUTDOOR AREAS
- The exteriors of the villa feature 2 landscaped lawns, with several walkways spread across the property.
- They are 600 sq. ft. and 500 sq. ft. in size. Each can seat up to 15 and 12 people respectively.
KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder.
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
FOOD
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- Guests can also choose to eat a la carte, from a selection of freshly prepared vegetarian and non-vegetarian local specialties.
- Barbecue is available at an extra cost.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 2 female staff members and 3 male staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges. The female staff members will be accommodated in-house and the male staff members will be accommodated in the staff quarters.
HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES
Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and foosball. Guests can take a peaceful walk along the river and soak in the beautiful views of the hills. Guests can enjoy a soothing stroll in the sprawling lawns, amidst chirping birds and fresh breeze. They can relish a hearty barbecue meal and request for a bonfire to be lit up. They can also venture out on hikes and trails and enjoy a thrilling ride in an ATV. A scenic riverside picnic can also be arranged.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- A Bonfire session can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per session.
- The indoor fireplace can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per use.
- ATVs can be rented at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 for a duration of 30 mins.
- A riverside picnic can be arranged at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and the living room of the villa for security purposes.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all lights and TV for up to 24 hours.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- The last 50 metres leading upto the villa may not be concrete.
- During the monsoon season, the house may be prone to common bugs and insects. As a preventive measure, please keep the bedroom doors shut during the stay.
-Property Manager does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property.
-In case you would like to host an event at the Property, Property Manager will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
