All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA (Separate) There is a spacious living room replete with comfortable seating. Include AC, WI-Fi and a sound system. There is a separate dining area. KITCHEN (No Access) Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed GAMES AREA There are board and indoor games to play with kids. There is a tennis court where guests can play pickleball. There is a swing for two people to enjoy a fun time. For the safety of guests & to maintain the quality of the court, we kindly request that all guests wear rubber soled sports shoes while playing pickleball. Use of the court without appropriate footwear is not permitted. ENTERTAINMENT AREA There is a karaoke setup for singing and grooving on beats. There is a private home theatre setup with streaming apps for binge-watching movies and TV shows. LAWN (Private) There is a 43560 sq. ft lawn. It can seat up to 15 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space and loungers. ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - Al fresco dining is available at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per night - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - There is a steam room available for use. - *Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - The living room has 4 AC units, including 2 tower ACs for regular guest use. - The remaining 2 ceiling cassette ACs serve as backup units and are not part of the standard operational setup. - Guests are requested to enjoy all meals, snacks, high tea, and beverages only in the designated dining area to help preserve the villa’s luxury interiors. - The designated dining area is air-conditioned and conveniently located next to the living room. - Property Manager does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property. - A mandatory refundable security deposit of Rs. 30,000 will be collected at the time of check-in. - This villa is a privately owned family home and is curated for families and groups of friends seeking a relaxed and responsible getaway. - Commercial activities, solicitation or inappropriate conduct are strictly prohibited to preserve the home’s privacy, dignity and character. - Property Manager reserves the right to decline entry or discontinue a stay without refund if guest conduct or booking is inconsistent with property policies. - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - This is a wheelchair-friendly property. - Cricket/football is not allowed on the lawn. Guests can play in the parking area. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the cover common internal and external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Personal staff/maids accompanying guests are not permitted to use guest bedrooms or villa amenities. - A separate staff accommodation may be available at the villa, on a chargeable basis, for up to one (1) staff member, subject to prior confirmation. - This property is a part of a gated community. - Events are not allowed at the property. - Outside vendors are not allowed. - For the safety of guests & to maintain the quality of the court, we kindly request that all guests wear rubber soled sports shoes while playing pickleball. Use of the court without appropriate footwear is not permitted. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. - Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool, bedrooms,game zone, home theater, living room. - Smoking inside the villa or any enclosed areas (including bedrooms, living areas,game zone, home theater, bathrooms, and corridors) is strictly prohibited. - Guests may smoke only in the designated outdoor areas within the property premises. - Smoking indoors will attract a ₹10,000 cleaning and restoration charge to protect the villa’s interiors and overall guest experience. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Digging, fixing, or placing tables and chairs on the lawn is not permitted. - Table tennis balls are available at an additional cost and can be arranged through the caretaker. - Appropriate swimwear must be worn while using the pool; a fine of Rs. 5,000 will be applicable for non-compliance. - Driver and male staff are permitted to stay only in the designated staff accommodation. - A villa club fee will be applicable if guests wish to invite additional visitors for any celebration. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
