Spread across a whopping 10,000 sq. ft, Villa Verona is cradled amidst sweeping landscapes and gentle breeze. The facade of the house exhibits Italian design amidst tranquil sit-outs complemented with an elegant stone wall mosaic. The classy and artsy interiors of the home feature a muted palette, in the hues of browns and whites. The verdant green lawns with a leisurely swing paint an idyllic canvas. Days here begin with a delectable breakfast in the furnished balcony and end with savouring the starry night sky. A stellar holiday home, it proves to be a refreshing retreat. To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, Wi-Fi, barbecue - Wardrobe, hangers, iron, washing machine - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Secured parking space for up to 2 cars This is a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 well-furnished bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. - All rooms offer a variety of amenities including Wi-Fi access, AC and ensuite bathrooms.  - 1 room has a queen-sized bed, 1 room has a double bed and the room on the first floor has a king-sized bed. - Both rooms on the ground floor open up to a private patio, while the room on the first floor offers an attached, furnished balcony overlooking the lush lawn. BATHROOMS - There are 3 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room.  - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - 2 bathrooms offer a bathtub and 1 bathroom offers a separate dressing area. COMMON AREAS - There is an expansive living room on the ground floor of the villa embellished with paintings. It offers sofa-style and independent seating for up to 10 people.  - It is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, however, it does not have an AC. - The dining area features elegant hanging lamps and is a part of the living room. It has a rectangular dining table and can seat up to 8 people.  - The beautifully manicured 6000 sq. ft. expansive lawn can be directly accessed from the living room as well as the two bedrooms. - Soak in the changing hues of the sky from the terrace that also boasts a sunroof.  - The exteriors also feature a private pool that is 31x11 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth  - Guests can unwind in the cool blues and spend some quality time catching up with friends and family here. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes and to make simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, mixer, crockery and cutlery. - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Guests can also eat out or order in from nearby restaurants such as Rama Krishna, Mcdonald’s, and Smokin’ Joes. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy playing games like badminton, carrom, cards, monopoly, UNO, etc. Start the day with a sumptuous breakfast on the balcony amidst the misty breeze and views of the garden. Enjoy a de-stressing soak in the bathtub. Reserve your evenings for a refreshing splash in the azure hues of the pool. Take a leisurely stroll on the lawn and embrace the beauty around you. Relish a hearty barbecue spread. Head over to the terrace and devour the eye-pleasing landscapes. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Guests are advised to remain cautious, given the presence of insects, and toads owing to the location of the property. - There is a friendly dog residing at the neighbouring villa that may enter the property premises. - Guests are advised to remain cautious around the sunroof. - The living room is not equipped with an AC. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - A complimentary Diesel Generator power backup will be provided for up to 4 hours per day. Usage beyond this limit will be chargeable at ₹800 per additional hour - Mobile networks such as Vi, Jio, and Airtel work fairly well here. - As the stay is part of a gated society, it is mandatory for all guests to carry photocopies of their ID proof and submit the same at the security entrance, upon arrival. Guests will not be permitted to enter without it. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. HOUSE RULES - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.  - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.  - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.  - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.  - In case of any delays or other grievances, guests can reach out to guestsupport@Property Manager.com for assistance.
