This room offers amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, a foldable bed, along with a cosy balcony with seating to ensure a comfortable stay. It also offers an ensuite bathroom with a geyser, towels & toiletries. BEDROOM 2 This is a well-furnished room on the ground floor of this home with lush views of the lawn. This room offers Wi-Fi, AC, a foldable bed, a separate dressing area along with a cosy balcony with seating to ensure a comfortable stay. It also offers an ensuite bathroom with a geyser, towels & toiletries. BEDROOM 3 This is a well-furnished room on the first floor of this home with lush views of the lawn. It also offers an ensuite bathroom with a geyser, towels & toiletries. LIVING ROOM This living room is tastefully designed, spacious and can easily seat up to 15 people comfortably. It offers a 55-inch TV, is air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi access, and is the perfect space for you to indulge in some conversations with your loved ones. This space also has a separate section with a sofa-cum-bed and a bathroom, where extra guests can be comfortably accommodated. DINING AREA There is also a dining space where you can enjoy culinary experiences like no other, at the 8-seater dining table. BATHROOMS There are 5 ensuite bathrooms at this property and 1 common bathroom on the ground floor. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes or to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and food for infants, and not for elaborate cooking. It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. Crockery and cutlery are available. POOL This villa offers an amazing pool set amidst immense greenery, a quaint lawn, and trees where guests can take a peaceful walk. The splash pool is 33x20 ft. with a 4 ft. depth, perfect to splash away and start your holiday in the most surreal way. There is also a baby pool which is 10x6.5 ft. LAWN The huge, green lawn is definitely the showstopper of this home. The greenery around this house allows you to stay connected with nature at all times. Breezy & decked with a gazebo, you can relish a scrumptious barbeque meal or enjoy a fun-filled al fresco breakfast with your loved ones here. HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES Dive into the refreshing waters of the pool and let the cool embrace of liquid bliss wash over you. Bring along your favourite card and board games for hours of endless laughter and fun in the sun. Relax with a good book and savour the serenity of your surroundings. Indulge in a sumptuous barbecue feast and sate your appetite with mouth watering delicacies. Take a leisurely stroll through the expansive lawn, or unwind in the charming gazebo or by the inviting patio area. Let the enchanting vistas envelop you and soothe your eyes with their natural beauty. ADD-ON SERVICES - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire facilities are available at an additional cost of Rs. 1000+ per session. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOUSE RULES & HOME TRUTH -Property Manager does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property. -In case you would like to host an event at the Property, Property Manager will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - This is a wheelchair-friendly property. - Please note that the living room has an extended covered area with a sofa-cum-bed and bathroom where extra guests can be accommodated.hima - Guests are advised to shut the windows and doors in the evenings, especially during the monsoon season, given the presence of insects and bugs around. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 6 hours. - Jio, Airtel, and Vodafone work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - For safety reasons, guests are advised not to leave the villa after dark, as the surrounding area is open land. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the dining area, kitchen, and external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property, in the staff quarters. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
