It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN There is a 1296 sq ft lawn. It can seat up to 20 people at any given time. POOL There is a private pool. The pool is 15 ft x 20 ft with a depth of 4.5 ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - *Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOUSE RULES - This is not a pet-friendly property. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Outside food is allowed. - Outside vendors are not allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. STAY INFORMATION - Property Manager does not provide or supply any music or audio at the property. - In case you would like to host an event at the property, Property Manager will assist you in obtaining the necessary licenses for hosting the event. - The room you receive will be allocated by the property manager based on availability. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property from 8 AM to 10 PM. - This is a standalone property. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked.
