Includes an AC, Wi-Fi, heater and a rollaway bed Ensuite Bathroom BEDROOM 3 (King-sized bed) This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes an AC, Wi-Fi, TV heater and a rollaway bed Ensuite Bathroom, Attached Balcony BEDROOM 4 (King-sized bed) This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes an AC, Wi-Fi, TV, heater and a rollaway bed Ensuite Bathroom, Attached Balcony BATHROOMS (Private/Shared) There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA (Ground Floor) There is a spacious living room. Include AC, WI-Fi and a sound system. Comes with a dining area. KITCHEN (No Access) Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed LAWN (Private) There is a 1200 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo. It can seat up to 20 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space, a hammock. POOL (Private) There is a private pool. The pool is 20ft x 50ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - Al fresco dining is available at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per night - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - *Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - Property Manager does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property. - In case you would like to host an event at the Property, Property Manager will assist you in obtaining the necessary licenses for hosting the event. - A security deposit of Rs. 25000 will be collected at the time of check-in. - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Outside food is not allowed. - Outside vendors are not allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals or bugs due to the villa location. - This is a standalone property. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
