Wake up on the top floor of LoHi. This top-floor (5th floor) one-bedroom loft at Espadin LoHi has floor-to-ceiling windows that frame uninterrupted Denver skyline views and fill the space with natural light from sunrise to golden hour.
The space
A king bed anchors the private, enclosed bedroom. In the open living area, a queen-size sleeper sofa comfortably extends the loft to sleep four. The full bathroom is stocked with towels, linens, and bath essentials. Because this is the top floor, there are no upstairs neighbors — just quiet and light.
Kitchen and in-unit comforts
The full designer kitchen is built for real cooking: refrigerator and freezer, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, and dishware. A full-size in-unit washer and dryer, fast WiFi, central heating and air conditioning, and a smart TV make longer stays effortless.
Parking and building
Garage parking is available for $25/night with direct building access. The building is single-level living with elevator access (no interior stairs), and guests enjoy a shared rooftop deck complete with a grill, fire pit, and seating for taking in the skyline. Espadin LoHi is LEED Platinum certified.
The neighborhood
You are in the heart of Lower Highlands, one of Denver’s most walkable neighborhoods. Step out to 40+ restaurants and coffee shops — Root Down, Linger, Avanti Food & Beverage, and Coffee for the People are all close, and Zuni Street Brewery is right next door. Walk to the Highlands Farmers Market on Sundays, stroll to Sloan’s Lake and Highland Park, and reach downtown Denver, Ball Arena, and Empower Field in minutes. Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a 20-30 minute drive.
Self check-in
Smart-lock entry means you arrive on your own schedule. Dog-friendly: up to 2 dogs welcome ($75 pet fee; no cats).
