Located in the relaxed coastal area of Nyanyi, just minutes from Nyanyi Beach, Luna Beach Club, and Nuanu, this six-bedroom private villa offers an easy tropical stay with warm wooden details and a flexible living area that can be opened to the outdoors or closed for a cooler indoor atmosphere. Bright, calm, and thoughtfully designed, this villa is well suited for group stays while remaining close to nature. Every bedroom is fitted with a double bed and has its own private bathroom, giving everyone space, comfort, and privacy. Its making the layout comfortable and practical for families or friends traveling together. Outside, enjoy a private swimming pool surrounded by greenery, ideal for slowing down away from busier areas. The staff will come daily to clean the villa for you. If you let the management know at least a day in advance, they may also provide a delicious breakfast at the villa. You may also engage a private chef to prepare lunch or dinner, please ask our manager for options and pricing. The manager will also help you with any inquiries or needs you might have while you’re there. He can assist with setting up laundry services, massages, restaurant visits, vehicle or scooter rentals, and more. Do not hesitate to get in touch with him. *Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life. Kindly note that nature sounds are an integral part of Balinese life and holidays. The current rates have been adjusted to reflect this situation and therefore noise concerns won’t be eligible for any form of refund/discount » Since the property is located in a newly developed area, the electricity supply may not be as reliable as in more developed cities. Occasional power cuts from the island’s unique provider are to be expected. Please note that these situations are entirely beyond the host’s control. There is no generator on-site, and refunds will not be provided for this reason. *We are taking extra steps to ensure the safety of our guest during your stay, the villa is thoroughly cleaned following the OTA cleaning procedure* === FAQs - Q: What time is the Check-in policy? -A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. - Q: What time is the Check-out policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we’ll be happy to store them. - Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa? - A: Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate. Our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you. Kindly note that your butler is reachable through What’s app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times. - Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? - A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest’s privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day. Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What’s app from 9 am to 8 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times. - Q : Can we have extra clean towels? - A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor. Linen service is provided once per week. Additional linen changes can be arranged upon request for an extra cost. - Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? - A : This villa is for 12 people including adult and children. Payment & Cancellation Policy All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « book now » button. Damage Deposit A damage deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the villa has been inspected by our team. House Rules - No pets - No parties or events ⁠- Quiet hours: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A penalty of IDR 3,000,000 will be applied if indoor smoking is detected, in addition to any charges for damages or extra cleaning. License number: 0202260053592
