A true dream holiday home in Bali. All 4 bedrooms have a/c, en-suite bathrooms and private chill out areas, as a balcony or outdoor patio. 2 rooms are located upstairs with balconies and 2 downstairs with little terraces. The rooms are a feel-good space with wooden floor, nice ambience and mural wall art. Large and comfy beds ensure you a perfect night of sleep to enjoy the day by the pool or discover Bali! 2 bedrooms also offer beautiful free standing bathtubs, one being semi-outdoor. Enjoy and relax, that’s all you need to do during your holiday! The heart of the villa is the spacious enclosed living area. High ceilings, wall art and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with a view on the pool area will make it one of your favorite spots in no time. The spacious kitchen offers all you need during your stay. It’s fully equipped with cooking utensils, fridge, oven and even a wine chiller for your favorite wines. You can prepare your favorite drinks and meals here or ask our manager to arrange home made breakfast by the staff or lunch/dinner by a private chef. Please give at least 1 days notice for menu options and pricing. A large wooden dining table in the middle of the living area can host all your friends/family to enjoy meals or come together for some board games! You can overlook the pool area and feel the majestic ambience that this place is giving everyone who enters this villa in Pererenan. A cozy lounge area is the perfect spot for rainy or hot days to relax and spend some time together. The outdoor area offers an amazing pool, sun loungers and a covered outdoor seating area. The seating area is located just next to the pool surrounded by a fish pond and perfect at any time of the day. Comfy and stylish sun loungers on the wooden deck are your spot for relaxing sunbathes, reading your favorite book in the shade or having a little nap! From here you can jump straight in the spacious refreshing pool at any time. Our staff is coming daily to clean the villa and our manager will help you with all questions and requests that might arise during your stay. He can help organize a private chef, car/scooter rental, taxi rides, day trips, laundry, massages and more. Please don’t hesitate to contact him during your stay. A car park is located just outside of the villa and offers space for a medium sized car. We are looking forward to welcoming you to our paradise and helping you create memorable memories in a beautiful Villa close to Canggu, Bali! *Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life. **Please note that Bali is an island served by a single electricity provider. As a result, occasional power outages may occur and are beyond the host’s control. The property is not equipped with a generator, and we are therefore unable to offer refunds in the event of such interruptions. === FAQs - Q: What time is the Check-in policy? -A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in after 8 PM is charged IDR 200k, and IDR 500k after midnight. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons. - Q: What time is the Check-out policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we’ll be happy to store them. - Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa? - A: Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate. However a menu with different options is available at the villa for you to choose from if needed. We will be happy to help you arrange all kinds of services. Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you. Kindly note that your butler is reachable through What’s app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times. - Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? - A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest’s privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day. Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What’s app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times. - Q : Can we have extra clean towels? - A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor. - Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? - A : This villa is for 8 people, but the maximum capacity is for 10 people which means that the 9th and 10th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be USD35/night/person from 2 years old. === Since the property is located in a newly developed area, the electricity supply may not be as reliable as in more developed cities. Occasional power cuts from the island’s unique provider are to be expected. Please note that these situations are entirely beyond the host’s control. There is no generator on-site, and refunds will not be provided for this reason. Payment & Cancellation Policy All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « book now » button. Damage Deposit A damage deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the villa has been inspected by our team. House Rules - No pets - No parties or events ⁠- Quiet hours: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A penalty of IDR 3,000,000 will be applied if indoor smoking is detected, in addition to any charges for damages or extra cleaning. License number: 2108230109769
