At 3000 square feet all on one level, The White House is incredibly spacious. The home features two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms at either end of the home. Each includes a desking area for those who need to work while away. A third guest bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom includes two Twin XL beds—perfect for kids or additional guests. The third bathroom is well appointed with double sinks and a shower/tub combination. All bedrooms are outfitted with high end mattresses and bedding complete with blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The modern, fully stocked kitchen offers generous quartzite counter space, all new smart appliances, including an induction cooktop and dual icemaker. The dining area comfortably seats eight, with an additional three seats at the kitchen island. The lounge area includes a beverage refrigerator along with 4 comfy swivel chairs.
Step outside to the professionally designed fenced backyard oasis, featuring a large paver patio and private courtyard with comfortable seating for up to eight guests. A gas grill, raised trellis flower boxes and overhead café lights complete the courtyard.
