Located just a few blocks from Historic Downtown Beaufort.. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is as perfect as it’s location. A spacious front porch, leads into a screened in side porch with an outdoor dining area for 4-6. Perfect for enjoying your meals and/or morning coffee outdoors. Enjoy the open floor plan with a cozy family room that opens up into the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a microwave, dishes/utensils, cooking basics, a traditional coffee maker, and a toaster oven. There is a half bath and washer/dryer located downstairs for your convenience.
The master bedroom is located downstairs and has a king-size bed,en suite bathroom with double vanities, and a walk-in shower. Upstairs you will find the two other guest bedrooms, both with queen size beds and a shared bath, and a common area with seating. Fire TVs are located in the family room and in the upstairs common area for your entertainment.
Stroll the oak-lined streets to Bay St. for dinner, shopping, or enjoy coffee at the waterfront. Conveniently located 15 minutes to Parris Island, 30 minutes to Hunting Island State Park beach and lighthouse, and 40 minutes to Hilton Head, SC and Savannah, GA.
