This home is spacious and flooded with tons of natural light. The first floor includes an eat-in kitchen, dining area, master bedroom, full bathroom, and a living room with double doors which open to the screened porch. There are two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom upstairs. Enjoy the views of the Intracoastal Waterway from the screened porch or upstairs balcony and take in all the Lowcountry has to offer. Port Royal Landing is a serene community on the Intracoastal Waterway situated under a canopy of live oaks and Spanish moss.
Located 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Beaufort, 15 minutes from Parris Island, and about 30 minutes from Hunting Island State Park, this home is centrally located to easily explore all that our Sea Islands have to offer.

You’ll love being just steps away from the popular waterfront restaurant, Marker 244—perfect for enjoying Lowcountry sunsets and fresh seafood.
