Things to note: This home is adjacent to a highway, and therefore highway noise is experienced, when outside on the balconies. ☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning. The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :) Must be 28 years or older to book, and have a 5 Star reputation on OTA Check-in/out is NOT available on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day. ✋ No early check in/Late check out due to our teams busy schedule in between guests.
