Welcome to your little piece of heaven at this newly acquired home. Enjoy a steamy cup of coffee in the morning as you are greeted by quail and dove, both native to the area. Look to the east and treat yourself to the sun rising over the Catalinas. Turning to the southwest, gaze upon the Tucson Mountains being illuminated by the sun rising in the east. Yes, this is a gem in the desert.
Dove Mountain, located in Northwest Tucson, is home to the Ritz Carlton and multiple golf courses accessible within minutes. Downtown Tucson is 30 minutes to the southeast and Phoenix is less than 90 minutes to the north. Gas, groceries, and dining are but a few minutes away.
This home offers guests an open, spacious floor plan. The large family room and den/bonus room, both complete with comfortable seating and TVs, will provide personal space for families, golf buddies, or couples who need their own space after a day of recreation or sightseeing together. Settle in and enjoy mountain and desert views from the gorgeous sparkling private pool**! Everything is designed for comfort in this lovely home. When you’re done exploring, come back to central air conditioning and a reclining chair by the pool. For those wanting to host a family gathering or group of friends, the spacious kitchen and dining seating will prove to be quite useful. A gas grill and patio table set make for a relaxing and casual place to enjoy outdoor dining surrounded by scenery only the desert can offer. Four bedrooms offer comfortable beds and TVs in three of the four rooms.
Business, pleasure, recreation, or vacation, it doesn’t really matter. Three days or 30 plus days, that’s your call. A couple, a foursome, or a family, all are welcome.
