This beautiful 3-bedroom condo is set in a peaceful oceanfront building, offering breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony and throughout the living space. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or enjoying the sea breeze outside, the views are always front and center. The resort also features great amenities for you and your group to enjoy, making it the perfect spot for your next beach getaway. Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat. Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot. Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad. Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities. Living Area: Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors. Bedroom 1: King bed. Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Bedroom 3: Two full beds. Bathrooms: 2 full. Balcony: Private balcony with an oceanfront views. Seating! Beach: Walk a few minutes downstairs to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay! Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Amenities: Outdoor pool & tennis/pickleball court! Complex gas grill! HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions. Laundry: Building wide, pay-to-use machines. Guests will have the condo to themselves along with access to resort amenities (subject to HOA schedule). 2 parking passes are provided for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area. PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay. Routine pest control happens monthly on the 3rd Tuesday via the HOA. Per their rules, the technician is required entry for this service. For details on our cancellation policy, please refer to the booking terms provided during the reservation. No pets. Max guest count is 8. By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform ADDITIONAL NOTE: 1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy. 2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
