The spacious indoor living areas are thoughtfully designed to create a warm and welcoming ambiance, combining modern comfort with eco-friendly elements. Outdoors, simple elegance blends seamlessly with the serene surroundings. Guests can enjoy memorable moments at the large built-in dining area beneath the wooden pergola, relax by the pool lounge, and admire the stunning scenery under the star-filled sky.
Villa Sovera is arranged over two independent levels, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends who wish to share their stay while maintaining privacy.
The upper level consists of the main house measuring 100 square meters and features a private swimming pool, generous outdoor spaces, and a spacious built-in dining area shaded by a wooden pergola. The interior includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. There is one master bedroom with a framed window offering sea views and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin, one bedroom with two single beds, and another master bedroom with a balcony door opening to the outdoor area. A second bathroom with a shower cabin serves the remaining bedrooms. The living space is completed by a spacious open-plan kitchen, living room, and dining area.
The lower level is an autonomous guest house of 38 square meters designed to accommodate up to four guests. It includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, and one separate WC. The guest house features a master bedroom with a balcony door and sea view, a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room with a double pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. Outside, there is a large stone-paved veranda and a wooden pergola with a cozy outdoor dining area suitable for up to six people.
Thanks to its two-level independent layout, Villa Sovera can be booked as a whole, offering both shared luxury and private comfort in a truly exceptional setting.
