The space
FEATURES & AMENITIES:
Little Fox Den is a cozy, recently renovated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo, located on the lower floor with 14 steps up to the entry deck from the parking area. This space offers a warm, inviting atmosphere with an open-concept layout, making it the perfect retreat after a day of outdoor adventures in the mountains and Shenandoah Valley.
Living Room: The main room features comfortable furnishings, a full-size sleeper sofa (with sheets, quilt, and spare blanket), and a Roku-powered smart TV. Enjoy stunning views of Great North Mountain. Stay connected with high-speed 500+mbps WiFi, perfect for streaming, working, or staying in touch.
Kitchen: This fully stocked kitchenette has everything you need for preparing snacks and simple meals, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker (with complimentary K-Cups). Pots, pans, and dishware are provided for those who prefer to cook at home.
Bathroom: The updated bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a hairdryer, and plenty of storage space. It is conveniently located in an alcove next to the bedroom for easy access.
Bedroom: The cozy bedroom features a queen-sized Zinus memory foam mattress, a ceiling fan, a nightstand, a small canvas dresser, and two suitcase racks for your convenience.
Supplies: The condo is stocked with all the essentials for your stay. You’ll find fresh bedding, including pillows, bedspreads, blankets, and linens. Each guest (up to the maximum occupancy) will receive one towel set. The bathroom is equiped with a travel-size bar of soap, two rolls of toilet paper, and one bath trash bag.
In the kitchen, you’ll have three trash bags, one roll of paper towels, two dish towels, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad.
If you’re staying for an extended period, you may need to bring or purchase additional supplies. The Basye Community Store, just a short walk away, has everything you might need.

Little Fox Den is clean, cool, and well-maintained, offering an affordable, comfortable, and conveniently located getaway—ideal for a relaxing couple’s retreat or a base for exploring the area.
Guest access
This is a Self-Check-In unit. You’ll receive check-in instructions via email seven days prior to arrival (or immediately if booking within seven days) that include the property’s address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, and other important information.
Other things to note
Pets are permitted for a fee of $80 per pet, per stay.
Guests have unlimited access to the Property Manager pool at our check-in office (2565 Orkney Grade). See pictures of our pool in the unit listing. It’s open 9am-5pm, Monday through Saturday (and 12-5 on holiday weekend Sundays) between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Please note that guests cannot use Bryce Resort’s pool (Bryce Landing); it is for Bryce Resort members only.
Quiet hours after 10:00 pm are strongly enforced by the local security and police.

Bryce Resort offers many activities and features throughout the year, including snow skiing/boarding, snow tubing, golf, Lake Laura swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, paddle boating, and kayaking, and a thrill-filled lift-accessed mountain bike park. Please visit Bryce Resort’s website for more information, seasonality, and pricing. Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts.
Bryce Resort is also the perfect launch point for many other adventures in the northern Shenandoah Valley, including hiking, fishing, hot air ballooning, visiting wineries & breweries, exploring caverns, antiquing, enjoying the Shenandoah Valley Music Festival on summer Saturdays in nearby Orkney Springs, and so much more.
