This deck has two chaise loungers, two tables and chairs with seating for ten total (one with umbrella), and a gas grill. Easily access the lower deck and fire pit area from this main floor deck via the side stairs. The main floor also includes a hallway full bathroom, a laundry room off the bathroom, one bedroom with queen bed and ensuite full bathroom, and another bedroom with a queen bed situated next to the hallway bathroom. Loft Suite Walk up the stairs to a secluded loft-suite bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, king bed, full bathroom, and a remote-work area including desk and chair, a quiet reading/lounging area overlooking the main living room, and a private treetop-level deck with a bench for taking in a view of Great North Mountain as you sip a glass of wine to wind down as the sun sets. It’s located in a quiet woodland area of Bryce Resort - away from crowds, traffic and lights. Spend evenings gathered around the huge kitchen island while watching the game or a movie on large Smart TV above the gas fireplace. The living area includes a sectional sofa, loveseat, chair, oversize gas fireplace, mantle-mounted Smart TV, and a huge ceiling fan. Watch your favorite shows and movies with your preferred streaming providers. The open kitchen features a mesmerizing coffered ceiling, hand-crafted white shaker cabinets, a large island, and captivating granite countertops. Amateur and professional chefs alike will enjoy cooking with the large eight-burner gas range and double ovens. Prep and clean up is easy with two separate sinks and an over-range pot filler. The huge commercial-grade fridge & freezer provides ample storage for your feast fixin’s - you’ll wish you could stay longer! Dining options include a seven-person farm table, and seating for four at the island. The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware, tableware, high-end everything, a drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite grind), and a Kuerig machine. Adjacent to the great room are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The large primary bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom has a queen bed, with easy access to an adjacent full bathroom. To the right of the living area and bedrooms, a open walkway leads to the rear deck, garage, laundry room, and mudroom (also accessible through the mudroom entry door). Guests are welcome to use the garage, but need to open the garage door from inside the house. Finally, enter the home’s finished basement from the main living area and descend into a different world. The oak custom stairs, framed with oak wainscotting, rich colors, and soft accent lighting, lead to a cozy den with a sleeper sofa, chair, another gas fireplace, and Smart TV. The home’s third bedroom is off the den, which has a queen/twin bunk bed. Next to the den is a large wet bar, another full bathroom, and access to the small rear patio with Adirondack chairs. The basement is perfect for kids, or a hideaway for quiet-natured adults to escape into tranquility. We equip the home with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher tabs, five trash bags, one bath trash bag per bathroom, one paper towel roll, two kitchen dish towels, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad. Ridge & Water Manor is named for it’s wintertime views of Lake Laura and Great North Mountain’s ridge towering 2.000 feet above to the west. With sleeping space for 12 guests in four bedroom suites and a private loft, the Manor has plenty of room to spread out on the main floor living area, lower level game room, double covered decks (lower with hot tub), fire pit area, and covered outdoor grilling station. Public access to Lake Laura is a short 1/2 mile walk. Bryce Resort’s lodge (ski/bike/golf) is a mere 3.2 miles and the town of Basye is only 1.5 miles (Community Store/Gas, The Burn Barrel tavern, Pale Fire Brewing, and Smiley’s Ice Cream).
