So-Close is a traditional ski chalet within a short walk to the Bryce Resort lodge, ski slopes, bike park, and the Sky Bryce airport. Leaf cover in the summertime somewhat obscures the view of the Resort lodge & ski slopes, but fully visible in wintertime. The great room’s huge glass doors, windows, deck create the sense tree house living. Please note that access to this ski chalet includes five steps up to entry level from the parking area, and the main floor is another 13 steps up from the entry level. Located within the Bryce Resort community, this chalet’s convenience to the Resort can’t be beat at a 1/4 mile mostly flat stroll to the Resort’s main lodge and ski/bike lifts, and a 1.5 mile drive to Pale Fire Brewing, the Burn Barrel tavern, and the Basye Community Store.
Please review the listing photos carefully. Drone photos show proximity to the Resort. Many features of this traditional chalet have been updated with a modern look and features, but retains its rustic charm. It’s a perfect location for families and groups that value the flexibility of not needing a car.
