The main level welcomes you with a bright, open-concept living area that flows effortlessly between the kitchen, dining space, and living room. The kitchen has been tastefully renovated with new cabinets, granite countertops, a tile backsplash, and updated appliances, along with bar seating at the island. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats six and opens into the spacious living room, which features ample seating and a large flat-screen TV—an impressive setup for a villa of this size. Step outside to the private patio and grill area, where peaceful golf course views and natural surroundings create the perfect backdrop for outdoor dining or evening relaxation.
The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor and offers a King bed, flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom features two Twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and its own ensuite bathroom. Also on the upper level is a second living area, converted from a former third bedroom, providing additional space to unwind along with a Queen sleeper sofa and a full bathroom—ideal for extra guests or flexible sleeping arrangements.
Guests will enjoy access to the community pool and tennis courts, along with four backpack beach chairs and one included Shipyard car pass, which allows parking at the Shipyard Beach Club.
