This cozy ground floor apartment is located in the charming Borgo Verginate , a small and quiet panoramic village above Bellano, surrounded by nature and with a wonderful view of Lake Como. The location is ideal for those who want peace, silence and breathtaking views, while remaining close to famous places such as Bellano and Varenna. The house is located along the Wanderer’s Trail , making it a perfect stop for those who walk the path and want to stop without going down to the town.
The apartment consists of a bright living room with open kitchen, fully equipped for independent cooking, two bedrooms — one with a double bed and one with two single beds — and a bathroom with shower. In front of the apartment there is a private furnished outdoor area, ideal for relaxing on the deckchairs, dining outside or enjoying the unique atmosphere of the village. An outdoor dining table, barbecue and private parking space are also available for guests.
Bellano can be reached in a few minutes by car via a mountain road with narrow hairpin bends, suitable for all cars but to be traveled carefully, especially the first few times. On foot it is possible to reach Bellano in about 40 minutes. It is important to know that there is no public transport to reach the village. Trains and boats leave from Bellano to comfortably explore all of Lake Como. This solution is perfect for couples, families or small groups who travel by car and love nature and tranquility.
City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
