This is the perfect location to host your wedding / wedding party, family reunion, company event & any other social or formal gathering! Each unit has a unique theme for an experience like no other! When you rent the whole unit, you get private access to the lobby area where you can take pictures and utilize the space to its fullest. We have tables stored away that can be used during your event as well as multiple murals that provide the perfect photo opportunity! This is an up and coming neighborhood being redeveloped by the City of Columbia. Like many historic neighborhoods, there are some homes with deferred maintenance among the new construction. But no worries, this neighborhood is completely safe and minutes from anywhere you want to be. We provide an attached parking lot, with overflow parking in the adjacent lot belonging to the neighboring church.
