35 Full Sweep, Hilton Head Island is a recently renovated 5-bedroom/5-bathroom home, located inside Palmetto Dunes Plantation, features a large private pool and new furniture throughout. With 3 King Primary bedrooms, each with private en-suite bathrooms, and a fourth bedroom with a pullout sofa and work space, it accommodates various needs. The largest bedroom is equipped with 2 Full Size Bunks with pull out twin size trundles, two pull out couches, 2 TVs, and a private bathroom. Enjoy evening S’mores around the fire pit. This home is an entertainer’s dream with open concept living areas, oversized kitchen island, and an atrium pool with an 80" outdoor TV and SONOS throughout. Foosball, Ping-Pong, shuffleboard, darts, mini putt-putt, air hockey, and corn hole ensure endless fun. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or adventure, 35 Full Sweep offers the ultimate vacation getaway.
FREE activities included with our signature Southern Hospitality Pass! Your pass includes one free round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group. Note: This is per day, not per person. You also receive one free round of miniature golf each day at Adventure Cove and one complimentary bike from Island Cruisers to start your stay. A $25 delivery fee applies for one bike; additional bikes are delivered free and available at a discount.

Seasonal Beach Shuttle: Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE on demand and door to door shuttle to the beach and Shelter Cove Marina, Shops, and Restaurants. This Shuttle runs from April through September.
Pool: 20x10. The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $500/week and $300/week for the spa, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in OTA total and will be added once your reservation has been made.

Golf enthusiasts will find Hilton Head Island to be a haven with over 24 championship golf courses designed by renowned architects such as Robert Trent Jones Sr., Pete Dye, and Jack Nicklaus. The island's mild climate allows for golfing throughout the year.
The island's dedication to environmental preservation is evident in its nature reserves.
