Late mornings are best spent drifting between the living room and the poolside verandah, letting the curved infinity pool become your private horizon line. BATHROOMS There are 5 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There is a spacious living room situated on the ground floor. Includes AC, WI-Fi and sound system. There is a separate dining area. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. TV ROOM There’s a dedicated TV room that’s perfect for cosy family movie time. GAMES AREA There is a dedicated games area that includes a pool table, carrom, board games and more. LAWN & GARDEN The property features a large lawn and three garden levels that opens out from the bedroom balcony. It can accommodate up to 50 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space. POOLS There are two private pools. One is an outdoor curved infinity pool, while the other is an indoor pool with a slide. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - Property Manager does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property. - In case you would like to host an event at the Property, Property Manager will assist you in obtaining the necessary licenses for hosting the event. - Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations. - All-male groups are not allowed. - The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the solar power and genset can provide backup. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - This is a standalone property. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit of Rs. 25,000 will be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
