This bright and thoughtfully designed one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a boutique building fully renovated in 2025 and entirely managed by Homeclub. It features a street-facing balcony and a large window, offering natural light and a pleasant connection to the atmosphere of Praça da Armada.
The living area includes a modern open-plan kitchen, premium finishes, and a neutral-toned interior that blends functionality and comfort. The bedroom, facing the quieter rear of the building, is equipped with built-in wardrobes, Riga hardwood flooring and wooden shutters. The bathroom is fitted with Lioz stone and a walk-in rain shower.
Set in the vibrant Alcântara neighbourhood, part of Lisbon’s Estrela district, this apartment offers proximity to LX Factory, the riverside, and a wide variety of cafés and restaurants—making it an ideal base for digital nomads and professional travellers.
Please note: The building does not have a lift. Access to the apartment requires walking up one flight of stairs.
