This spacious, completely renovated two-room apartment features a large south-facing balcony overlooking greenery, several trees, a herb garden, and a meadow with grazing sheep.
Since a cat might occasionally visit, guests with pet allergies should not be concerned.
The apartment offers a large living room with a comfortable sofa, an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining area. The living room provides direct access to the balcony and, from there, to the garden.
The bathroom includes a comfortable shower, toilet, and sink.
The bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a double bed (180x200 cm).
If needed, the comfortable sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping option.
The apartment was renovated to a very high standard, adhering to ecological and sustainable building principles, and was completed in July 2025. Where possible, original features were preserved and seamlessly integrated with the new, high-quality elements, paying meticulous attention to detail.
You’ll find all the essential amenities you need to unwind and recharge, or for a relaxed home office setup (excellent Wi-Fi/LAN)!
A parking space is available in front of the house for your car – the on-site electric vehicle charging station (powered by solar energy directly from the roof) can be used optionally.
