Nestled in the best area of Bali, this 3 bedroom loft is the perfect place for your holiday by the ocean. The large living area offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining table and comfortable lounge area. The perfect spot to relax and come together for every occasion. The spacious and modern bedrooms are located upstairs with private balconies overlooking the private pool and surrounding areas. Both bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms, a desk, high ceilings and a/c. The private pool area is directly accessible from the enclosed living area through large sliding glass doors. Daily housekeeping is provided. The manager can help arrange breakfast, lunch or dinner for you for a small surcharge. Please contact him at least a day in advance for options and pricing. He will also assist you with any questions and scooter/car rental, massages, restaurant visit, high chairs and baby beds, taxi rides and more. We are looking forward to welcoming you soon! The car parking is not available at the villa. The parking space is fit to scooter only *Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life. **Please note that Bali is an island served by a single electricity provider. As a result, occasional power outages may occur and are beyond the host’s control. The property is not equipped with a generator, and we are therefore unable to offer refunds in the event of such interruptions. === FAQs - Q: What time is the Check-in policy? -A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in after 8 PM is charged IDR 200k, and IDR 500k after midnight. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons. - Q: What time is the Check-out policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we’ll be happy to store them. - Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa? - A: Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate. However a menu with different options is available at the villa for you to choose from if needed. We will be happy to help you arrange all kinds of services. Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times. - Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? - A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest’s privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times. - Q : Can we have extra clean towels? - A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor. - Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? - A : This villa is for 6 people. If you have more person, it would be charged USD 35/pax/night from 2 years old without extrabed. Maximum 2 extra person allowed. === Since the property is located in a newly developed area, the electricity supply may not be as reliable as in more developed cities. Occasional power cuts from the island’s unique provider are to be expected. Please note that these situations are entirely beyond the host’s control. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « book now » button. Damage Deposit A damage deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the villa has been inspected by our team. House Rules - No pets - No parties or events ⁠- Quiet hours: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
