Since the villa is located in a newly developed neighborhood, please note that the road leading to the property may not be fully paved or perfectly smooth. It is still accessible by both car and scooter, but we want you to be aware in advance. Scooters are always a great option if you are confident driving one, as they make it easier to explore the surrounding areas and reach nearby cafés, beaches, and attractions.
