The home features a carport, parking pad, and comfortably accommodates three cars. Access home from 6th Ave (not Pitkin) ☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning. The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :) Must be 28 years or older to book, and have a 5 Star reputation on OTA Check-in/out is NOT available on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day. ✋ No early check in/Late check out due to our teams busy schedule in between guests. Bookings accepted 12 months in advance; inquire for later dates. The standard $100 pet fee will be waived, Pets stay Free :) 4x4 or AWD recommended from October through May.
